Christopher R. Noyes and Robert J. Gunther, Jr. of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr have stepped in to defend Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in a pending patent lawsuit. The complaint, which is sealed, was filed Oct. 5 in New York Southern District Court by Loeb & Loeb and Horton Legal. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Vernon S.
