Megan Euker

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Megan Euker is Vice President of SRT and a senior leader responsible for advancing the company’s strategic, operational, regulatory, and international initiatives. A dual citizen of Italy and the United States, Megan has collaborated with SRT since 2016, became Project Manager in 2020, and was appointed Vice President in 2025.

Megan works across the organization to align scientific, clinical, regulatory, financial, legal, communications, and business-development priorities. She serves as a principal liaison among SRT leadership, physicians, scientists, investors, attorneys, regulators, clinical sites, institutional partners, and international collaborators, ensuring that complex initiatives move from strategy to execution.

Megan leads SRT’s U.S. regulatory interface as the company’s U.S. Agent and plays a central role in coordinating regulatory activities with the FDA and European authorities, including the EMA. Her responsibilities include IND strategy and documentation, regulatory submissions and amendments, clinical-trial coordination, data-room management, institutional collaborations, licensing initiatives, and relationships with organizations including the NIH and Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital. She has also contributed to fundraising and business development, including major funding initiatives, investor and executive presentations, grant strategy, and international opportunities.

Megan also provides important institutional continuity for SRT, having been involved with the company since 2016 and maintaining knowledge of its scientific, regulatory, operational, and partnership history.

A two-time U.S. Fulbright recipient to Italy—Fulbright Fellow in Florence in 2008–09 and Fulbright Scholar in Sicily in 2022–23—Megan brings a distinctly international perspective to SRT’s growth and partnerships.
